For me it’s all about the connection of family and being around those you love and people who support you, through the good and bad. It’s about setting down roots and creating memories that will last a lifetime and beyond.
Having come to the US from Puerto Rico at the age of 7 and not speaking any English was a big transition for me. By second grade I was helping my teacher as a student tutor in her class. I learned English quickly and always wanted to do my best at anything I did. In High School I was picked by my English class to participate in The Lion’s Club International’s speech competition “Today’s Youth, Why the Violence?” I didn’t win, but as a teenager this was an amazing experience. I was striving to be more.
I was raised in Long Beach and still reside here. I’ve now been married 22 years and have 3 wonderful children. My oldest child was Captain of the Long Beach Animal Explorer Program, sponsored by Long Beach Animal Control. My second child is interested in a career in Criminal Justice and is in the wonderful Cal-J (California Justice) Program at Cabrillo High School.
I attend Long Beach City College and have obtained a General Business Certificate from there, as well as a Marketing Certificate. I’ve pushed through obtaining these achievements through incredibly challenging times, including illness. I will be graduating with my Associate’s in Marketing this year, 2018. I believe all of this hard work has helped me to relate with and assist my clients better.

Fighting and working hard for what you want is possible. I am the first in my family to attain home ownership, and I know how scary & exciting that feeling is!
